Terms of Service

SaleCraft is an AI-powered marketing platform operated by Connact Co., Ltd. that lets you generate landing pages, short-form video (Reels), social posts, and related marketing materials (“Generated Content”). The Service is a tool — it does not constitute professional marketing, legal, or advertising advice. Generated landing pages are published on the public internet immediately upon generation and may be indexed by search engines. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all Generated Content before publication.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information at registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account. AI Login Tokens (sc_live_*) are single-use, expire in 12 hours, and grant scoped access to your workspace only — never your password or payment details. Generate a new token to instantly revoke the previous one. Each person or entity may hold only one account unless expressly authorized by us.

1 USD = 1 pt (pay-as-you-go). Points are the internal currency used to pay for content generation. You receive 50 free points on signup. Points are non-transferable, do not expire while your account is active, and have no cash value. All purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable; for services not yet rendered you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase as required by Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act.

SaleCraft offers an optional cloud backup feature that lets you back up brands, campaigns, and assets to salecraft.ai storage. Backup data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may export or delete your backup data at any time from the dashboard. The Company does not use backup data for model training. The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain backup availability but does not guarantee uptime or data recovery in the event of force-majeure incidents.

You may not use the Service to: generate illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing content; infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights; create false or deceptive marketing; violate any applicable advertising, health, or securities regulation; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service with automated bots (except through official APIs); resell or sublicense the Service without written consent; or circumvent security or usage-limit controls. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

SaleCraft, its algorithms, models, and UI remain the exclusive property of Connact Co., Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload. For Generated Content you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use it for lawful purposes. The Company may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and AI training. By deploying a landing page you grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual license to display it for demonstration and promotional purposes, including in marketing materials and case studies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $32. The Company is not responsible for regulatory fines arising from your content, third-party claims related to content you publish, or consequences of publicly deploying landing pages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions — in those jurisdictions liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court (臺灣臺北地方法院) as the court of first instance. Before initiating formal proceedings you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at support@salecraft.ai for at least 30 calendar days. Where these Terms are provided in both English and Traditional Chinese, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail for matters governed by Taiwan law.
